Our new culinary concept offers a variety of options that delight every palate.

From 2023, we are no longer offering half board at Hotel Walder, but are instead offering an overnight stay with a large breakfast buffet.

But of course, that doesn't mean we will let you go hungry: as early as the afternoon, you can enjoy our South Tyrolean delicacies, such as a delicious apple strudel with cream or a fine Linzer torte. Along with these, we serve tea and coffee, a refreshing wine spritzer, various inspiring aperitifs, or gladly a freshly poured Pilsner beer or a glass of fine red wine from the vineyards of Merano.
Make yourself comfortable on our large sun terrace by the outdoor pool and spend joyful hours in the sun and open-air cinema, with an excellent view of Merano and the surrounding mountains.
Should you still get hungry in the evening, we will be happy to recommend the most beautiful inns and mountain huts in the area!
With our new concept, we give you the opportunity to explore the surroundings of Scena not only actively, but also culinarily. Because we believe there is nothing better on holiday than simply eating wherever you spontaneously feel like it: in a small café on the corner, at a rustic mountain hut, or in a traditional local tavern.

At lunchtime, upon request, we will pamper you with light snacks, sandwiches, mozzarella with tomatoes, prosciutto with melon, a South Tyrolean speck platter, and more.
