Your day begins with gourmet treats at the breakfast buffets. Warm bread from the oven,ciabatte, Vinschgerl, brown bread and whole meal bread from the bakery of the village. Delicious jams, honey, Nutella, fresh meats and cheeses, fresh fruit, compote, yogurt, cereals and many vital juices. we prepare various dishes with eggs upon request and free of charge.
At noon we will treat you on request with snacks, sandwiches, mozzarella with tomatoes, prosciutto and melon, bacon “Brettl” and more.

Good food makes happy faces, it is said in the vernacular. Our chefs in the kitchen are aware of this and conjure varied menus. The dinner is a delicious 5-course meal with a rich salad buffet (about 15 different varieties of salads). Of course we also serve light food and diet, if you wish
A fine dinner needs a good wine: Our wine cellar is well-equipped. We can advise you in choosing a wine and tell you which is most relevant to what specialty.
