Schenna enjoys a majestic location at 600m above sea level and only 3 km above the spa town of Meran and is a highly attractive hiking area. The community stretches from Meran to the mountain peaks of the Sarntaler Alps, Hirzer and Ifinger. 200 km of hiking paths offer hiking destinations for everyone, from cosy walks on even terrain to real tours up to Hirzer and Ifinger. The free guest shuttle operates on an hourly basis and brings you directly to the cable cars.

The nearby Meran 2000 ski resort with family-friendly slopes awaits you in winter. Within only a 3 minute drive you can reach the cable cars with direct access to the ski resort. In addition to 35 km of slopes, a snowboard park, toboggan runs, snow-shoe and winter hiking paths, and an attractive toboggan run on rails await you.
